Additionally, physical activities such as long walks, biking, cycling can also be done in order to help you cope with stress. Enjoying nature and the outdoors is one great way of coping with stress. On the other hand, you can still cope with stress even when you are at work. You can do this by prioritizing your workload. Work on those that are of importance and work your way down the list.
